Trust Advisor II

What you will do

• Review and administer a portfolio of fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents.
• Build and manage client relationships through regular contact and a strong overall client experience.
• Understand client needs, establish goals and objectives, and define risk parameters.
• Proactively drive asset re-discovery and engage with clients and prospective clients as appropriate.
• Track regulatory and operational updates, document exceptions, and maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of trust administration experience, or a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated ability to administer complex fiduciary accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Nice to have

• CTFA, CFP, or a similar professional designation.
