Location: Westfield Oakridge, San Jose, California, USA; onsite store-based role

Salary: $22.42–$25.78 per hour; non-exempt, hourly position

What you will do

• Execute visual merchandising, commercial curation, and styling according to hirify.global guidelines, mood boards, campaigns, and the commercial calendar.
• Maintain windows, product displays, customer flow, fixtures, signage, lighting, navigation, and in-store promotional materials.
• Monitor garment care, stock levels, sample selection, sales KPIs, and visual or commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Store Management, Area Visual Management, Facilities Management, and Sales Market teams.
• Coach, onboard, educate, and develop store colleagues in visual merchandising, commercial presentation, styling, and daily routines.
• Keep the sales floor and back of house clean, organized, safe, and aligned with operational and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Experience improving product presentation and commercial execution in a store environment.
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Ability to manage, follow up, and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.
• Fashion interest, creativity, curiosity, flexibility, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
• Leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop colleagues in a dynamic retail environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the Westfield Oakridge store in San Jose, California.
