Intake and Performance Operations Manager (Trust & Safety)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $96,000–$217,023 annually, plus potential discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Lead intake and prioritization of operational pain points and business needs with Lines of Business.
• Translate priorities into structured workstreams, planning frameworks, targets, and success measures.
• Establish performance governance through review cadences, variance tracking, issue escalation, and action follow-through.
• Identify performance gaps, operational risks, and emerging business needs, then develop recommendations and intervention plans.
• Align with Operations leaders, Workforce Management, QA, Reporting & Insight, and other cross-functional partners.
• Identify workflow simplification and automation opportunities to improve operational scalability.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, business planning, performance management, strategy and operations, or related operational leadership functions: 5 years for the Senior role or 3 years for the Junior role.
• Ability to structure complex operational issues into clear problem statements, decision frameworks, and actionable priorities.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and aligning Operations, Workforce Management, QA, Product, and Policy partners.
• Strong judgment in prioritization, trade-off management, and distinguishing strategic opportunities from low-value requests.
• Ability to present risks, decisions, and performance narratives clearly in leadership settings.
• Availability for fully in-person work in San Jose, up to 5 days per week.
