What you will do

• Develop concept and detailed civil designs and models for the Suburban Rail Loop East Linewide Alliance.
• Provide technical leadership to designers and drafters.
• Coordinate civil design activities with structural, track, drainage, power, systems, and infrastructure disciplines.
• Review, verify, and approve design outputs and models.
• Support the delivery of major roads and rail infrastructure solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior designers while contributing to quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–4 years of experience in civil design and drafting within infrastructure or related sectors.
• Strong experience with Bentley, MicroStation, and OpenRoads Designer.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and industry design practices.
• Experience with major roads projects and multidisciplinary design coordination.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and design review skills.
