HR Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Tanger-Assilah, Morocco; onsite plant role with travel of up to 30% as required

What you will do

• Lead plant-level HR activities covering employee relations, staffing, development, compensation and benefits, payroll, and administration.
• Translate plant objectives into HR strategies, action plans, KPIs, workforce plans, and staffing initiatives.
• Own core HR process improvement flows and monitor the HR budget and social indicators.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor law, internal policies, quality, environmental, and health and safety standards.
• Manage industrial relations, social climate, disciplinary processes, labor disputes, internal communication, and change management.
• Lead and develop the site HR team and advise plant leadership on people-related matters.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, law, or an equivalent field.
• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a management role.
• Experience in HR leadership, preferably in automotive or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation and experience with labor relations, social dialogue, and employee engagement in a high-headcount environment.
• Fluent English and French; Arabic is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, judgment, ownership, and urgency.
