TL;DR
Senior IBM Business Automation Workflow Developer (Treasury Solutions): Designing and deploying end-to-end IBM BAW workflows for treasury and trade finance automation with an accent on process modeling, integrations, and Coach-based user interfaces. Focus on configuring BAW artifacts, connecting enterprise systems through REST and SOAP services, testing embedded business rules, and collaborating with distributed Agile teams.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must have an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end workflows using IBM Business Automation Workflow.
- Configure Process Designer, Process Portal, Coach, and Coach View artifacts.
- Build Coach-based user interfaces and contribute to custom frontend components.
- Integrate BAW processes with external enterprise systems through REST and SOAP web services.
- Design and execute unit and integration testing for processes and embedded business rules.
- Create technical documentation, API contracts, and process diagrams while participating in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge sharing with teams in Paris and Porto.
Requirements
- 8+ years of workflow development experience, particularly with IBM Business Automation Workflow or IBM Case Manager.
- Expertise in process modeling, Business Process Definitions, and process artifact configuration.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services, SOA architecture, and system integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/ECMAScript, SQL/PL-SQL, and scripting for process logic.
- Experience with Git or Bitbucket, Scrum/Kanban, and JIRA.
- Fluent English and an existing legal right to work in the European Union are required.
Nice to have
- Java/J2EE experience for custom services and backend extensions.
- Angular experience for custom frontend components.
- Knowledge of DevOps, Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines, Swagger, and Confluence.
