Graduate Leadership Program - Junior Art Director

What you will do

• Develop creative campaigns, ideas, content, and advertising executions with a focus on visual expression.
• Translate strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and visual executions.
• Create visual concepts for digital ads, social media, brochures, infographics, and other marketing materials.
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and align final work with brand and campaign objectives.
• Maintain brand guidelines and monitor cultural and design trends.
• Support the creative team through imaginative, clear, and persuasive communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 in Art Direction, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Relevant professional work or internship experience.
• Expertise in conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and typography design.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design software.
• Ability to work in person from the Dallas office.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
