Senior Medical Science Manager (Rare Disease)

Location: Paris, France; field-based role in France with approximately 50–60% travel and overnight travel as needed

What you will do

• Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, diagnostic networks, treatment centers, societies, and medical organizations.
• Provide balanced scientific exchange, accurate medical information, and clinical support for commercialized products and pipeline programs.
• Support investigator-initiated research, identify clinical trial sites, assist patient recruitment, and maintain relationships with investigators.
• Capture emerging clinical and scientific insights to inform internal decision-making, strategy, and territory plans.
• Deliver clinical and scientific presentations, support medical education, and represent hirify.global at congresses, symposia, and advisory boards.
• Contribute scientific expertise to local Market Access and pricing/reimbursement discussions.

Requirements

• Advanced clinical degree required: MD, PhD, or PharmD, with commensurate experience.
• Three to five years of industry experience required.
• Demonstrated experience presenting clinical and scientific information.
• Expert understanding of the healthcare delivery system and patient pathways in France.
• Fluent French and English required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 50–60%, including overnight travel as needed.
