Senior Solutions Analyst (AI/Intelligent Automation): Design and deliver production-grade Python, SQL, Azure, and LLM-based applications for intelligent automation, document understanding, and decision support with an accent on scalable architectures, secure engineering, and end-to-end data pipelines. Focus on building robust prompt workflows, validating AI outputs, optimizing performance and cost, and mentoring junior developers across AI engineering projects.

What you will do
- Translate business and analytics requirements into end-to-end application architectures using Python, SQL, and Azure services.
- Design modular components, microservices, APIs, data models, and reusable libraries for production applications.
- Build AI and LLM solutions for intelligent automation, document understanding, and decision support, including prompt workflows, integrations, validation, and quality checks.
- Develop automation pipelines for structured and unstructured data such as documents, PDFs, emails, and logs.
- Establish CI/CD, automated testing, secure configuration, secret management, monitoring, dashboards, and alerting for AI and Python workloads.
- Coordinate delivery with business and technology stakeholders, support UAT and production stabilization, and mentor junior developers through guidance and code reviews.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.
- Typically 5+ years of hands-on software engineering or application development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, object-oriented programming, microservices or modular backend services, and at least one real-world LLM project.
- Experience delivering cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure or a similar platform, integrating databases, storage, or messaging services.
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, Git-based source control, DevSecOps, and data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, data science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have
- Responsible AI, data privacy, fairness, safe LLM usage, change management, or governance experience.
- Database performance tuning, Docker, Kubernetes, agentic LLM patterns, RAG, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with data analytics, machine learning, reusable Python or AI frameworks, template repositories, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications in Azure, software engineering, security, or DevSecOps.
