Senior Mobile Games Designer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design core casino-style game mechanics, paylines, reel sets, bonus triggers, free spins, jackpots, and volatility curves.
• Create meta-game features, bonus rounds, mini-games, loyalty tiers, daily rewards, leaderboards, and tournaments to improve retention.
• Shape virtual currency economies, in-app purchase packaging, coin sales, and ad placement while maintaining a balanced player experience.
• Own game UX and UI, including onboarding, tutorials, session pacing, game flow, and win celebrations.
• Drive LiveOps content through seasonal events and limited-time features.
• Prepare GDDs, feature specifications, math handoffs, and tuning or A/B testing proposals based on KPI analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile, web game, or interaction design experience.
• Senior-level judgment: ability to work from ambiguous direction and make independent design decisions.
• Proficiency with AI tools for prototyping, concept art, documentation, research, or code prototyping.
• Comfort with spreadsheets or simulation tools for reasoning about RTP, volatility, and hold.
• Strong documentation and data literacy, including the ability to interpret dashboards and propose tests.
• Experience with iGaming or social gaming is strongly preferred, including player psychology and relevant regulatory considerations.

Nice to have

• Experience with US state-by-state real-money gaming compliance.
• Social gaming monetization experience.
• Progressive jackpot or multi-game linked systems experience.
• Animation or motion design skills for win celebrations, transitions, and UI feedback.
