Game Designer (Mobile Games)

Location: Remote or office-based in Cyprus, Armenia, or Kazakhstan. Relocation support is available for these official locations.

What you will do

• Lead features from concept through development and post-mortem, defining requirements, aligning the team and vision, resolving blockers, and coordinating with art, narrative, community management, and support.
• Develop detailed game designs from initial concepts to complete game design documents.
• Design quest systems, event economies, game-mode progression, matchmaking, and rating systems.
• Conduct pre-launch design analysis and post-launch analysis with the product owner to identify further iterations.
• Design and balance monetization offers based on audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers on layouts and prototypes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game design.
• Strong knowledge of successful mid-core battler games.
• Experience with system design, balancing, game analytics, monetization, and feature development.
