Director Market Access

What you will do

• Lead pricing, reimbursement, payer engagement, and market access strategies across new products, indications, and existing products.
• Oversee value dossiers, reimbursement submissions, economic models, budget impact analyses, and lifecycle access planning.
• Guide health economics, outcomes research, real-world evidence, and other evidence-generation activities supporting value demonstration.
• Develop patient affordability programs, self-pay solutions, and patient support initiatives.
• Monitor Taiwan healthcare policy, reimbursement developments, and emerging private insurance or alternative funding opportunities.
• Lead and develop the Market Access team while contributing to the Taiwan Leadership Team and regional and global initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in pharmacy, life sciences, public health, economics, health economics, business, or a related discipline.
• Significant pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience with strong pricing, reimbursement, market access, and payer engagement expertise.
• Strong understanding of Taiwan healthcare, NHI, and reimbursement systems.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and experience leading and developing people.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese required.

Nice to have

• Experience in HEOR, RWE, or evidence generation.
• Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management.
• Experience with patient affordability or patient support programs.
• Experience working with regional or global teams, industry associations, or healthcare policy forums.
