International Affiliate - Taiwan (Mental Health)

Location: Hybrid role requiring office space for in-person client sessions in Lugu, Zhushan, Nantou City, Taichung, and Hualien, Taiwan.

What you will do

• Provide structured counselling and psychotherapy to adult clients.
• Deliver evidence-based treatments, including ACT, CBT, CPT, and DBT.
• Apply measurement-based care and promote skills practice.
• Manage clinical risk and respond to clinical crises when needed.
• Provide in-person sessions from suitable office space.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a clinical track, such as MA, MC, MSc, MRFT, or MSW.
• Current full registration and authorization to practise counselling in the relevant jurisdiction are required.
• At least 3 years of postgraduate experience providing structured counselling or psychotherapy.
• Independent practice status without supervision from a licensed supervisor and no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
• Office space suitable for seeing clients in person in Lugu, Zhushan, Nantou City, Taichung, or Hualien is required.
• Experience working with adults; experience with children, couples, or families is preferred.

Nice to have

• Specialization in trauma, neurodiversity, women’s health, or chronic or acute health conditions.
• Ability to provide counselling in multiple languages.
