PG Lab Technician

What you will do

• Analyze raw materials, products, pure gases, impurities, mixture gases, emission gases, and customer-requested samples using GC, ICP-MS, and other analytical equipment.
• Issue COAs for helium containers and tubes, SCBA analysis, and customer products; manage eCOA registration and analytical data.
• Support ASU sampler analysis for LOX, LIN, and LAR, and manage helium ISO and tube analytical data.
• Purchase and manage standard gases, process consumables, safety supplies, carrier gas, and related process costs.
• Calibrate and maintain analyzers, perform gauge R&R, and manage regeneration and RSA solution add-fill activities.
• Monitor processes through SPC, investigate defect root causes, implement preventive actions, and collaborate with Sales and QA on customer specifications.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in laboratory analysis using analytical equipment such as GC and ICP-MS.
• Ability to manage analytical data, issue certificates of analysis, and respond to audits.
• Ability to perform analyzer calibration, gauge R&R, equipment maintenance, and quality monitoring.
• Ability to identify defect root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to issue safe work permits, participate in safety meetings, and prepare for statutory inspections.
