West Coast Senior Manager, Infusion Nursing (Specialty Pharmacy)

Location: Remote from the United States; candidate must live within the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones and work Pacific Time Zone hours. Up to 10% travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead regional nursing operations and maintain high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Coach, assess, and develop nursing staff through performance-focused leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, sales, and other cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Optimize staffing models, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with contracted nursing agencies on patient care delivery and education.

Requirements

• Must be a multistate or compact Registered Nurse with an active license, or be willing to obtain one.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience and 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
• At least 3 years of home IV infusion experience as a nurse and/or leader.
• At least 3 years of specialty pharmacy experience, including Accredo or another specialty pharmacy.
• Strong IV insertion, problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple technology; valid driver's license required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• CRNI or another specialty certification.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical audits and contract review processes.
