Data Engineer (Databricks)

TL;DR

Data Engineer (Databricks/Spark): Building and scaling end-to-end data products for company-wide data-informed decision making with an accent on data processing and cloud-based data engineering. Focus on designing scalable data workflows, optimizing Databricks and Snowflake pipelines, and automating data processes.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in office)

Salary: 20,833 - 22,983 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Design, implement, and scale end-to-end data products to support analytical needs.
• Drive innovation and adoption of best practices in Databricks and cloud-based data engineering.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure alignment on data strategy and execution.
• Lead process automation and identify optimization opportunities to improve data workflows and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent technical field experience.
• Proficiency in cloud-based technologies: Databricks, Snowflake, AWS S3, Spark, and Airflow.
• Fluency in SQL and proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Scala, or Java).
• Must be based in Poland for the office-centric hybrid schedule in Warsaw.
