Senior Technical Consultant (Power BI)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand client requirements, challenges, and goals.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions.
• Advise clients on system architecture, integrations, deployment strategies, and MRI reporting capabilities.
• Manage technical delivery activities, including planning, execution, documentation, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues.
• Conduct technical workshops, training, and knowledge transfer for client teams.
• Support pre-sales through RFP responses, solution demonstrations, technical proposals, and collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and support teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in technical consulting, product implementation, or systems design and development.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience with integration mapping, data aggregation, and analysis, along with strong data acumen.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 10–20%.

Nice to have

• Extensive knowledge of SQL Server or another relational database management system.
• Experience using business intelligence toolsets.
