Clinical Data Manager (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Define specifications for protocol conversion, database builds, CRF design, data review, and reconciliation tools.
• Manage external data integration, reconciliation, data cleaning strategies, query management, and database closeout activities.
• Perform holistic data reviews, trending analysis, KPI and dashboard monitoring, and develop mitigation recommendations.
• Use AI and machine learning for anomaly and outlier detection in clinical trial data.
• Configure and oversee the elluminate Data Central platform in collaboration with technical teams.
• Prepare study documentation, review deliverable quality, collaborate with study teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in clinical data management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong project management, team leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Project and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, clinical trial methodology, EDC, and clinical data management systems.

Nice to have

• CCDM certification.
• Experience with cloud SaaS platforms and reporting tools such as Qlik, JReview, or Spotfire.
• Experience with RBQM methodology and exposure to CDISC guidelines and standards.
