Senior Specialist, Medical Affairs

What you will do

• Conduct non-promotional, peer-to-peer exchanges of medical and scientific information with scientific leaders and key decision-makers.
• Gather insights on diseases, therapeutic areas, healthcare needs, data gaps, and local challenges.
• Represent Medical Affairs at medical congresses, symposia, hospital lectures, journal clubs, expert forums, and advisory boards.
• Respond to unsolicited requests for medical, scientific, pipeline, marketed product, research, and grant information using approved resources.
• Develop and implement local Medical Affairs Plans and provide scientific support for health technology assessments, formulary decisions, and patient access programs.
• Support investigator identification and collaborate with Medical Advisors, MSLs, clinical trial teams, commercial colleagues, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• MBBS graduate.
• Up-to-date scientific knowledge and the ability to conduct peer-to-peer scientific exchange.
• Ability to work within applicable laws, local regulations, industry codes, and company principles for external stakeholder engagement.
• Capability to document and communicate scientific insights through organizational systems.
• Ability to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including vaccination prerequisites.
