HEINZ Remix Senior Manager – AFH Equipment

Location: Virtual, USA; employee's home — national

Salary: $120,800–$151,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonus.

hirify.global develops and scales food and beverage brands, including the HEINZ Remix equipment business for Away From Home customers.

What you will do

• Lead the development and end-to-end execution of the HEINZ Remix business.
• Scale the next launch of HEINZ Remix machines in Away From Home settings.
• Own the operating model and go-to-market strategy supporting growth and customer value.
• Develop strategic plans, lead a team, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and customers to deliver equipment solutions.
• Use data-informed decision-making and problem-solving to drive business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proven experience managing teams, leading projects, and driving business growth through innovation and strategic planning.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex challenges and provide long-term guidance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, identifying insights, and developing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to travel approximately 35% is required.
