NOC Supervisor (Cloud Operations): Managing NOC escalation, shift operations, access requests, incidents, administrative issues, and scheduling with an accent on SLA compliance, system troubleshooting, and operational monitoring. Focus on coordinating incident response, prioritizing multiple tasks under pressure, and improving reliability across Windows, Linux, cloud, and observability environments.

What you will do
- Serve as the NOC's first escalation point for issues requiring additional assistance or feedback.
- Ensure shift operations are executed according to predefined SLAs.
- Handle system access requests for NOC Engineers.
- Track open incidents and ongoing issues, ensuring appropriate attention and follow-through.
- Act as the focal point for NOC administrative matters, including shifts and equipment needs.
- Manage shift schedules, including PTO requests.
Requirements
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting web and internet applications, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems is required.
- Experience in a similar NOC or operational supervision role is a strong advantage.
- Strong prioritization, organization, communication, presentation, and training design skills.
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure, learn independently, and coordinate multiple tasks.
Nice to have
- Experience with GCP or other public cloud technologies.
- Experience with Zabbix, Datadog, Kibana, or Grafana.
- Experience with Kubernetes.
