Senior People Partner - Brazil (HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition): Supporting the full talent lifecycle and advising managers across performance, team dynamics, hiring, and People programs with an accent on people data, inclusive recruitment, and scalable HR processes. Focus on coaching managers through sensitive team member relations matters, shaping decisions with people insights, and improving full-cycle recruitment for IT teams.
Location: Remote within Brazil
Compensation: 4,000–4,500 USD per month on a B2B contract

What you will do
- Support the full talent lifecycle from sourcing and selection through onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding.
- Contribute to hiring projects through intake meetings, interview planning, interviews, candidate debriefs, and cross-functional recruiting.
- Partner with people managers on performance, communication, collaboration, development, and manager effectiveness.
- Use people data and team insights to identify trends and inform People strategies and programs.
- Guide team member relations matters, document cases, and help maintain consistent People policies and practices.
- Support employer branding, internal communications, online events, team meetups, wellbeing initiatives, and other People programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or related generalist role in the IT industry.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
- Experience with team member relations, performance management, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics.
- Experience working closely with people managers and familiarity with engineering or IT environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; candidates must be based in Brazil and maintain an active registered business entity for the B2B contract.

- Experience in large organizations with HR processes that scale to hundreds or thousands of team members.
- Experience using AI to support HR practices.
- Ability to analyze data, understand basic statistics, and design and improve HR processes.
