Marketing Consumer Beauty Intern (Fragrances)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid flexible working model with remote and office-based work.

What you will do

• Support Consumer Beauty fragrance brand growth across the Iberian market.
• Assist with sell-in and sell-out analysis for fragrance brands.
• Support new product launch and icon activations across point of sale, ecommerce, digital, and influencer marketing.
• Follow up on marketing budgets and contribute to related processes.
• Work with a portfolio of Consumer Beauty brands, with a focus on Adidas and Mass Fragrances accounts.
• Collaborate with brand management, sales, trade, finance, supply chain, and demand departments.

Requirements

• Passion for marketing and the beauty industry.
• Interest in proactive work and a 360-degree marketing approach.
• Analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Near-native Spanish and English proficiency.
