Mid-Level Fullstack Developer (Fintech)

Location: Porto, Portugal; hybrid work model. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services with Python and Django.
• Build responsive frontend interfaces with Angular or Vue.
• Design scalable and resilient system architectures, including potential AI/ML integrations.
• Develop and maintain APIs connecting multiple services.
• Optimize relational, NoSQL, and vector database schemas and queries, including PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment monitoring, AI/Data solution industrialization, code quality, documentation, TDD, and version control.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-stack development experience with Python Django and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong experience managing and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases.
• Proven API development and integration experience.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and collaborative Scrum-based teamwork.
• Fluent English, good command of Portuguese, and an existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating AI/ML components.
• Certifications in software development or cloud technologies.
• Additional programming languages or frameworks.
