What you will do

• Prepare the IBM OTMS order management system for integration with a future core banking system.
• Integrate the system with secondary-market trading operations.
• Design, develop, and test software modules for complex financial systems.
• Provide technical guidance to DevOps colleagues during implementation.
• Contribute to the Software Solutions strategy for the Order Management division.
• Maintain the platform and identify opportunities for technical improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with order management systems such as IBM OTMS, including order routing and capture.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL 19+ development and performance-tuning experience.
• Experience with Linux, Bash scripting, Java, .NET, RESTful APIs, XML, and JSON.
• Understanding of Kafka, IBM MQ, event-driven architectures, CI/CD, distributed deployments, and system architecture.
• Knowledge of FIX, ISO 20022, OAuth 2.0, TLS, vulnerability assessments, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Fluent English is required. Knowledge of securities trading, financial instruments, money markets, payment processing, and Bloomberg data is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of SAFe or Scrum.
