Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in game development, is looking for an experienced Community Manager for a key project of a well-known publisher with multiple top-performing titles on the market. The role is for an internal team working on a mobile hybrid sandbox UGC product, where players create worlds, mods, and content inside the game. In essence, this is a game-platform with an active community and high engagement: 200M+ installs, 3M+ DAU.
This is an entry-level position for someone who wants to grow into community management in the gaming industry. You'll work closely with and report directly to the Lead Community Manager, taking ownership of day-to-day community activity while learning the craft of building and sustaining a large, engaged player base.
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Maintain daily activity in Discord and the project's other social media.
- Take part in planning and running contests, giveaways, and events.
- Communicate with players in chats and comments, and promptly collect their feedback.
- Help maintain order in the community and respond to negativity, under the guidance of the Lead Community Manager.
- Collect and structure player feedback, and pass it on to the Lead Community Manager and the development team.

- A high level of initiative and proactivity.
- Strong mass-communication skills and confidence communicating with a wide range of people, including key figures on the project.
- Readiness to work with a large and diverse audience.
- Genuine interest in the gaming industry and a desire to grow in community management.
- Willingness to travel for business trips and conferences.
Will be a plus
- Experience running social media accounts or online communities.
- Experience in the gaming industry or UGC projects (Roblox, Minecraft, etc.).
- Understanding of TikTok/YouTube trends.
- Basic understanding of how UGC content works.
