Senior Automation QA Engineer

Overview

You will join the team of Commercial Rating and Pricing Integration Platform - a service facade that unifies the complex process of insurance policies calculations under one common API. You will actively contribute to agile development teams, ensuring quality through the entire software development process.

What you will do

• Analyze and review software requirements and feature descriptions.
• Develop, maintain, and review checklists and test cases, and automate test scenarios.
• Perform manual functional testing and validate identified defects.
• Participate in TMS, CI/CD tools utilization and building of software testing processes.
• Implement and maintain QA/QC metrics, reporting to stakeholders, and participate in Scrum meetings.
• Collaborate with multinational teams, communicating with stakeholders from different hierarchies' levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• English: B2 level
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing life cycles, and test design techniques.
• Hands-on functional and integration automation testing experience.
• Experience with Java, SQL, CI/CD systems (Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, Git), and testing frameworks (TestNG/JUnit5, Rest-Assured).
• Understanding of Agile methodology and Maven/Gradle Lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Performance testing, SSO, SAML/OAuth.
• Readiness to be a Mentor of MQA/AQA.
