About the Role

You will design, build, and evolve Java frameworks and components used across applications. You will support large-scale architecture migrations, guide other engineers in using shared libraries, improve development workflows, collaborate on platform integrations, and promote engineering best practices through validation rules, workshops, and presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Java backend development experience
• Strong core Java skills
• Strong code and API design skills
• Experience building high-quality software with testing at all levels
• Communication and proactive collaboration
• Ownership and decisiveness under ambiguity
• Ability to influence technical direction
• Ability to align stakeholders and partners

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve Java frameworks and components
• Support large-scale application architecture migrations
• Guide engineers in using frameworks and libraries
• Design and improve engineering workflows
• Collaborate on Kubernetes infrastructure deployment and security integrations
• Define framework usage guidance and best practices
• Create code validation rules and deliver workshops and presentations
