What you will do

• Own and execute the global HR and people strategy in alignment with company goals.
• Lead organizational planning, workforce strategy, performance management, and succession planning.
• Build scalable HR processes, policies, systems, and infrastructure across multiple countries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding.
• Coach managers, strengthen the culture of excellence and accountability, and develop leadership capabilities.
• Lead compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, retention, people analytics, and the global HR and People Operations team.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading HR or People functions in a global, high-growth technology company.
• Experience scaling an organization through significant growth and change.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to connect people strategy with company performance.
• Deep experience in talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of global employment practices, particularly in the United States and Israel.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication, organization, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution skills.
