Senior Manager, Business Unit Human Resources Leader

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior business and functional leaders in the HTC Israel Electrophysiology organization.
• Translate business priorities into organization design, workforce planning, talent, culture, and leadership actions.
• Lead talent strategies covering succession, critical roles, leadership readiness, retention, capability building, and internal mobility.
• Support business and enterprise transformations, including change adoption, workforce risk management, and sustainable execution.
• Coach leaders and teams on decision quality, accountability, enterprise thinking, and team effectiveness.
• Use data, analytics, digital tools, and AI-enabled practices to improve decisions, productivity, and employee experience while maintaining human oversight, privacy, ethics, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 8 years of progressive HR or business leadership experience, including HR business partnership, organization effectiveness, talent strategy, or transformation.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and operating in a global, matrixed, regulated environment.
• Capability in organization design, workforce planning, succession, leadership effectiveness, culture, capability building, and change execution.
• Strong analytical, business, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with experience using digital tools and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Fluent Hebrew and English required.
