QA & Data Quality Engineer (SQL/ETL)

What you will do

• Test and approve ETL processes and database scripts for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Build testing scripts, simulations, and automation from product and technical documentation.
• Develop and execute data quality tests to validate integrity and consistency across data pipelines.
• Apply BDD methodologies by creating STD documents and feature files.
• Troubleshoot development issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data and application defects.
• Collaborate with development and data teams while supporting production delivery and maintenance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries and scripts.
• Experience with large-scale Data Warehouse environments and ETL testing methodologies.
• Experience with data quality testing, test scripts, and automation.
• Experience with BDD methodology, STD documents, and feature file creation.
• Ability to analyze product and development documentation and translate it into test scenarios.
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal, and availability for hybrid work in Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, SSIS, or Python.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
