Quality Control Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Varna, Bulgaria. Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:30. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

International fintech providing a plug-and-play technology platform for global cross-border currency transfers and payment settlement.

What you will do

• Check treasury activities received by email and enter financial data into the database.
• Validate customer payment records and investigate discrepancies using Excel, email, and phone communication.
• Respond to queries from other teams regarding payment and financial data.
• Compile monthly Forex trade reports from the database and summarize findings.
• Monitor daily transactions on bank statements and reconcile them against database records.

Requirements

• Experience collating information in Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written English required.
• Good communication skills.
