Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Bulgaria

What you will do

• Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of Salesforce.com systems.
• Lead business requirements gathering and develop detailed functional requirements.
• Create clear and complete functional specifications and requirements documents.
• Manage change communication and coordinate end-user training.
• Work directly with client implementation teams.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in CRM systems or 1 to 2 years as a Salesforce functional analyst
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience
