Requirements Management Support Engineer

Location: Katowice, Poland. Full-time, regular permanent employment. Remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Maintain and administer requirements management tools including Polarion, 3DS, Jama, R4J, or comparable systems.
• Assess business requirements and determine the most suitable tool for each use case.
• Design and develop custom solutions for traceability, implementation status, and test status reporting.
• Support and coach engineers on requirements management practices, reporting, tool configuration, and aSPICE compliance.
• Provide online training for engineering staff and drive the end-to-end architecture for tool performance.
• Integrate requirements management tools with development tools to support DevOps practices and data flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent related field.
• Experience using and administering requirements management or ALM/PLM tools such as Polarion, 3DS, Jama, DOORS, DOORS Next Gen, CodeBeamer, Requirements Yogy, R4J, or TFS.
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies for extending tooling functionality.
• Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of aSPICE, ISO 26262, TISAX, or similar standards.
• Experience in automotive, software quality assurance, system testing, safety-critical systems, or system and software architecture.
