TL;DR
Senior Technical Analyst (Laboratory Systems) (Pharmaceutical R&D laboratory systems): Supporting the delivery, configuration, validation, and operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems with an accent on AWS infrastructure, system integrations, and GxP compliance. Focus on developing IQ/OQ and UAT test scripts, coordinating deployments and migrations, troubleshooting instrument connectivity, and supporting regulated laboratory applications.
Location: Full remote from Warszawa, Poland

What you will do
- Support the design, configuration, deployment, validation, and operation of laboratory instrument data acquisition systems.
- Configure and manage on-premises and AWS cloud resources for laboratory applications and business workflows.
- Coordinate infrastructure, software deployment, migration, release, and production activities with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, execute, and maintain IQ/OQ, UAT, and other validation test scripts.
- Troubleshoot laboratory software, infrastructure, and instrument connectivity issues.
- Provide technical documentation, user guidance, training, and ongoing application support.
Requirements
- Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in pharmaceutical or life sciences environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies and AWS cloud services.
- Experience with laboratory systems in GxP and non-GxP environments, including chromatography data systems and laboratory instrument integrations.
- Experience with software lifecycle management, validation, and regulated system deployments, including IQ/OQ and UAT test scripts.
- Experience coordinating technical activities across stakeholders and project teams, plus leading or mentoring small technical teams.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agilent OpenLAB CDS or similar laboratory informatics platforms.
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow.
- Experience delivering technical training and creating user documentation.
- Knowledge of laboratory validation, SDLC, and computerized system compliance.
- Experience in Agile or global delivery environments.
