Relationship Manager, Institut

Location: Chicago, IL, United States

Salary: $83,100–$141,300 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with institutional trust and custody clients.
• Build an understanding of client objectives, business needs, and market challenges, and align relationship plans accordingly.
• Coordinate internal service teams and resources to support timely delivery, issue resolution, and implementation of solutions.
• Advise clients on bank products, services, regulatory and tax changes, and developments in the institutional trust environment.
• Identify client needs, cross-sell products and services, coordinate expert support, and ensure smooth delivery of new services.
• Manage client profitability, develop pricing strategies, and support revenue growth in a competitive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial servicing, preferably in trust or asset services.
• Knowledge of trust or asset management and accounting.
• Knowledge of general finance and portfolio management concepts.
• Negotiation, delegation, leadership, and sales skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
