Test Automation Engineer (Python): Designing, building, and maintaining Python-based test automation infrastructure for validating the performance and reliability of next-generation connectivity chips with an accent on framework development, equipment integration, and CI/CD support. Focus on developing robust automation scripts, controlling laboratory instruments, debugging framework failures, and analyzing complex test logs.
Location: Kallithea, Athens, Greece; onsite, with remote work not available

What you will do
- Design, scale, and optimize Python-based test automation frameworks.
- Create automation scripts to validate connectivity chip functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop drivers for laboratory instruments and test setups.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD workflows using platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Support users developing and executing tests on the platform.
- Debug framework failures, triage issues, and analyze complex automation logs.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional software development or test automation experience.
- Production-grade Python skills, including object-oriented programming, scripting, and libraries.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers and signal generators.
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, TCP/IP, or L2/L3 networking protocols.
- Familiarity with VISA, SCPI, or PyVISA laboratory automation protocols.
