Treasury Senior Manager

Location: Montréal, Canada; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Manage daily cash positioning, bank balances, short-term liquidity, and intercompany cash movements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash-flow forecasts, monitor working capital, and escalate liquidity risks.
• Administer bank accounts, signatories, mandates, online banking access, fees, documentation, and compliance renewals.
• Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures, execute approved hedging transactions, and track treasury controls.
• Prepare cash, debt, and risk reports; support audits, internal controls, and SOX or compliance testing where applicable.
• Operate treasury management systems and banking platforms while improving processes, reporting visibility, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of cash forecasting, bank operations, treasury controls, multiple banking partners, and financial instruments.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
