What you will do

• Produce growth advertising videos and marketing images using AI generation models, editing tools, motion graphics, and audio-visual compositing.
• Build AI Agent-based automated pipelines for ad videos, marketing images, and website or campaign page design.
• Deconstruct high-conversion creative strategies and convert them into reusable prompts and Agent workflows.
• Establish quantitative systems for evaluating content quality and advertising performance, providing optimization recommendations.
• Improve batch-production quality by addressing style consistency, brand alignment, visual coherence, and localization.
• Coordinate with algorithm, design, and operations teams to execute and iterate growth projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; backgrounds in film and television production, digital media art, animation, visual communication, or advertising design are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in advertising video design, internet visual design, or overseas growth asset design.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI-driven design, automated asset production, or Agent products.
• Strong understanding of image and video generation foundation models, Agent tools, video/image model orchestration, and automated workflows.
• Experience with overseas growth advertising workflows, including TikTok, YouTube, Meta, in-feed video ads, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
• Strong visual analysis, product abstraction, roadmap planning, and data analysis skills.

• Experience designing feed or short-video advertising creatives.
• Experience with overseas growth design for tool or content products.
• Experience constructing automated workflows with image or video generation models.
