TL;DR
Legal Counsel / Paralegal (Web3): Supporting corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional legal matters for a blockchain gaming company with an accent on corporate governance, commercial agreements, financing transactions, and due diligence. Focus on coordinating legal documents, external counsel, transaction materials, deadlines, and multi-jurisdictional matters.

Location: Vietnam; on-site. Must reside in Vietnam and be able to periodically travel to the company’s global offices.

hirify.global is a Web3 gaming company and the creator of the blockchain game Axie Infinity, developing technology and infrastructure for virtual gaming.

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel and the wider Legal team.
  • Support corporate governance, including entity registrations, corporate filings, board documentation, resolutions, legal notices, and corporate records.
  • Review, prepare, coordinate, execute, and maintain commercial agreements and other legal documents under supervision.
  • Support financing transactions, corporate transactions, and due diligence exercises.
  • Prepare document checklists, coordinate information requests, and organise transaction materials.
  • Coordinate with external counsel on requests, deliverables, timelines, and legal fees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Must reside in Vietnam and be able to periodically travel to global offices.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department, law firm, or similar legal environment.
  • Solid understanding of corporate, commercial, and general legal matters.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters, documents, and deadlines simultaneously.
