What you will do
- Support product registration, renewal, amendment, and lifecycle management for health and bioscience products in Vietnam.
- Review ingredients, formulations, claims, labels, technical documents, and customer-facing information for regulatory and safety compliance.
- Monitor Vietnamese regulations, customs and import requirements, compliance changes, and emerging risks.
- Support innovation projects, product launches, and business continuity by identifying regulatory requirements, data needs, risks, and timelines.
- Assess regulatory impacts of changes to products, processes, manufacturing sites, labels, documentation, and legal entities.
- Track submissions, approvals, renewals, commitments, and regulatory guidance while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- More than 3 years of industry experience in animal nutrition and health, food enzymes, cultures, or similar sectors.
- Strong experience in regulatory affairs, product registrations, compliance, risk assessment, and preparing registration dossiers.
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant Vietnamese regulations, guidance, and administrative requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English and Vietnamese or another local language.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, and effective in influencing within matrix organizations.
