Lead Developer (React)

Location: Pune, India; hybrid work with regular virtual and in-person responsibilities at an assigned hirify.global office for a minimum of two days per week.

What you will do

• Build reusable UI components in React.
• Optimize website performance and evaluate, test, and adopt new tools.
• Perform cross-browser testing to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in new project planning, development, product design, implementation, and release activities.
• Review work against established standards and coordinate modifications needed for successful launches.
• Collaborate with web development and global technology teams to improve templates, processes, and user experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise web development.
• Experience with React, information architecture, page design, and usability testing in a web environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a Scrum team.
• Experience with code reviews, documentation, test automation, and understanding complex systems.

Nice to have

• Cloud technology experience.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills.
