Senior Web Designer (Webflow)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; on-site. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, conditional residents, asylees, refugees, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end development of corporate website pages, campaign landing pages, and reusable components in Webflow.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, cross-browser-compatible, on-brand pages for complex and high-visibility projects.
• Build and maintain scalable Webflow CMS Collections, Components, content structures, and site architecture.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow functionality and resolve technical issues.
• Optimize page performance, SEO structure, accessibility, and responsive behavior while leading technical QA before launch.
• Partner with marketing, design, content, brand, IT, and engineering teams; mentor junior web team members and support campaign launches and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Web Development, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in web design and/or Webflow development.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Webflow Designer, CMS, and Editor, plus Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design, cross-browser compatibility, SEO, WCAG accessibility standards, and website performance optimization.
• Experience maintaining brand standards and design systems across websites, with strong attention to detail and independent decision-making.
• Must meet U.S. space technology export-control eligibility requirements and work on-site in Austin, TX.
