Target Analyst Reporter (Level 1-4) (SIGINT)

Location: Hawaii; support for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community missions at Wahiawa, HI

Salary: $84,000–$226,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Research, analyze, synthesize, and report SIGINT through appropriate reporting vehicles in response to Intelligence Community requirements.
• Assess information from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and collateral sources including IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and open-source intelligence.
• Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
• Provide target-related information, developments, trends, indications, warnings, situational awareness, countermeasures, and courses of action to customers.
• Help develop target-activity databases and working aids to improve target knowledge and collection efforts.
• Perform pre-release quality control and support analytic reporting products.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Level 1: 6 years of experience, or qualifying associate or bachelor's degree with reduced experience requirements.
• Level 2: 9 years of experience, or qualifying degree with reduced experience requirements.
• Level 3: 12 years of experience, or qualifying degree with reduced experience requirements.
• Level 4: 15 years of experience, or qualifying degree with reduced experience requirements.
• Experience supporting SIGINT analysis and reporting, Intelligence Community requirements, or related national security missions.

Nice to have

• Analytic editing experience.
• Releaser experience.
• Degree in English, Journalism, or Technical Writing; a degree in any field is acceptable.
