Technical Targeter (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site in Chantilly, Virginia, United States. Standard working hours with minimal travel.

Salary: $143,200–$175,100 annually for the Virginia area. Additional compensation may include bonuses, commissions, sign-on or relocation benefits, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Fuse SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and cyber-enabled intelligence within an integrated government–contractor mission team.
• Conduct all-source research and analysis for technical targeting, target development, operational concepts, and intelligence products.
• Analyze and contextualize complex data to improve operational awareness, collection operations, and information sharing.
• Draft, coordinate, and disseminate intelligence reports, targeting products, and requests for information.
• Identify patterns and assess operational relevance using critical thinking and technical awareness.
• Support intelligence operations, mission planning, and operational decision-making in collaboration with stakeholders and field personnel.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Eight years of relevant professional experience in intelligence operations, technical targeting, or mission-focused analysis.
• Experience with intelligence operations, all-source analysis, or operational support in a mission-critical environment.
• Hands-on experience identifying, assessing, and developing leads using classified, all-source intelligence databases and mission systems.
• Ability to deliver clear, concise briefings to technical, operational, and senior customer audiences.
