Associate Consultant, Asset Management Client Administration

What you will do

• Support account and client creation across investment, accounting, and performance book-of-record platforms.
• Maintain and validate the quality, integrity, and accuracy of client and account data.
• Analyze data, identify issues, and collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve them within service-level agreements.
• Partner with Investment Operations and Technology teams on process improvements, automation, scalability, and client onboarding enhancements.
• Support governance, controls, documentation, knowledge sharing, and training activities.
• Organize priorities and ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned deliverables.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in operational, data, or service roles within financial services.
• Foundational understanding of investment management, asset classes, and investment or financial technology systems.
• Experience using data and analytics to support process improvement and risk mitigation.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with client onboarding and/or asset management.
• Interest or experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
