Clinical Engagement Lead - Latin America

Location: Field-based within an assigned Latin American territory, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and other LATAM countries as assigned; regular travel is required.

What you will do

• Build and manage relationships with clinical investigators, academic medical centers, and research sites.
• Support site identification and investigator engagement for the clinical trial portfolio.
• Serve as the primary site-facing liaison during clinical trial execution.
• Represent the organization’s science and autoimmune and inflammatory disease programs to clinical researchers.
• Provide field intelligence to Clinical Development and Medical Affairs teams.
• Travel independently throughout the assigned territory and attend meetings, training, and organizational events as needed.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in clinical development with a site-facing focus.
• Knowledge of autoimmune and inflammatory disease therapeutic areas.
• Strong investigator and site relationship-management skills.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial operations.
• Ability to work independently across a broad assigned geography.
• Bachelor’s degree.
