Senior Analyst of Category Management

hirify.global is a large baking company with more than 20,000 associates across bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes.

What you will do

• Deliver strategic category insights to support the sales organization and retailer-specific strategies.
• Analyze syndicated, customer-specific, panel, point-of-sale, shopper, demographic, pricing, competitive, and consumer data.
• Identify market trends, missed sales opportunities, competitive threats, and pricing anomalies.
• Develop modular and planogram concepts, execute them, and track performance results.
• Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to connect insights with strategic initiatives and sales objectives.
• Create actionable recommendations, advanced reports, presentations, and customer-ready action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Two to three years of related sales, category management, or analytical experience; five or more years is preferred.
• Required experience in category management, shopper insights, or space management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, plus advanced Scintilla reporting experience across point-of-sale and shopper behavior data.
• Experience with planogram tables, formulas, libraries, highlight coding, and JDA modular drawing.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, communication, presentation, stakeholder-influence, prioritization, and project ownership skills, including experience integrating AI systems into everyday analytics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI.
• Five or more years of related experience.
