Senior Director, Biostatistics (Biotech)

Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts, United States; minimum two days on-site per week, currently Tuesday and Wednesday

Salary: $242,000–$313,000 USD per year, plus potential annual bonus and long-term incentive award.

What you will do

• Provide strategic statistical leadership for the clinical development portfolio.
• Own statistical strategy and methodology for assigned clinical programs.
• Lead the design, analysis, and reporting of clinical trials across early- and late-phase development.
• Represent Biostatistics in regulatory interactions and submissions.
• Contribute to building the Biometrics function, team capabilities, and operating model.
• Partner with the organization as a senior hands-on biostatistics expert and scientific leader.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in biostatistics across early- and late-phase clinical development.
• Strong track record in regulatory submissions.
• Experience shaping trial design and quantitative development strategy.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of scientific independence.
• Ability to work on-site in Boston at least two days per week.
