Quantity Surveyor-5 (Construction)

What you will do

• Analyze customer-supplied design drawings and project information to identify product and material requirements.
• Prepare layout plans over design drawings and calculate accurate product and material quantities.
• Develop detailed quantity summaries, quotations, and installation instructions for stakeholder review.
• Verify proposed solutions and coordinate confirmations, changes, and take-offs with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy and consistency in estimates and layouts.
• Provide project updates and support timely, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Construction Materials.
• English proficiency at B1 CEFR level.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Planswift, or similar software.
• Knowledge of wood house structures and wood house framing.
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, time management, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• More than one year of relevant experience, especially in wood house design.
